How to check your CE Transcript
License renewal is due June 30th, 2016. All real estate continuing education is uploaded to the Pulse Portal website for all attendees who have registered, signed in, and attended the real estate continuing education courses from the Minnesota Association of REALTORS. Any agent who desires a transcript of attendance of this course can obtain one directly from the Pulse Portal website. To obtain a copy of your attendance transcript for your records, follow these steps:
1. www.pulseportal.com
2. Choose “Minnesota Department of Commerce” as a program
3. Choose “Real Estate” as a Board
4. Select “Review Your CE Transcript” from the search/inquiry services menu
5. Enter your last name, license number and Social Security Number
6. Select “Current Period”
7. Choose your license type, either salesperson or broker
8. Click “View/Refresh Report”
From this report you will be able to print a copy of all your real estate continuing education classes that you completed during this current licensing cycle.
Tip: Make sure you have your pop-up blockers turned off.
Note: If your license is up for renewal this year, you will need to renew your license through the Pulse Portal system as well. The office will do this for you once you show compliant. Instructors have up to 10 days to upload so do not wait until last minute; we will not renew you unless you show compliant.
